Post MGS Book Release ???
on: June 26, 2013, 10:27

Kevin -

Any progress on releasing your new book? I haven't seen anything about it in several months here on the forum.

From looking at the forum, it looks like a lot of people may have lost interest in MGS, but some of us are still plugging away. I switched to MGS full time early last fall, and feel I am hitting it pretty good for a short-hitting 61 year old. It has helped me with all my full swing shots, but has made the biggest difference with my driver. Much more consistent contact, and has eliminated most of my big misses.

Please let us know how you are doing with the book release. I really want a copy. Thanks for this board and all you have done to help us play better golf.

K-

I am so sorry the book has been delayed, but not for the reason - my precious lil Jeffrey just takes up most of my time. I watch him in the morning, then go to work in the afternoon til 10pm. On top of that, I am doing some contract marketing for an insurance company, and since my golf biz is still a cottage industry (and a small cottage at that!) it doesn't generate any substantial income at all, so all it's projects and such are back burner.

The site also needs some work, as it has broke several times, and many of the plugins and such that make it better are non functional....

Regarding people losing interest, I wouldn't be so sure. MGS works so well that most are just enjoying playing better golf. It really is easy to grasp and hang onto, so most people , once they have it figured out, see no need to post. The site gets a fairly steady number of page views - between 100-150 per day, so I know there are still people reading and learning.

I am shooting for a public release sometime in July.....

Glad your game and swing is better, and thanks for the kind words.

Great job on your book Kevin. !!
It is really good not all the way through yet, but I am very impressed. Can't wait to finish and get out and work on it.

Just got your book and was really impressed how it came out. I can't wait to dive into it. I have been using
MGS (my idea of what it is) for months now and am excited to really learn the ins and outs about the swing.
Thanks for the free "Speed Trainning" booklet. I plan to start my program today and will let you know about
my progress. It is fun to be this excited about golf again!
Thanks Kevin!
